Apple and Kiwi Fruit Green Smoothie

Apple and Kiwi Fruit Green Smoothie

Happy New Year!!

Maybe you are nursing a killer hang over, maybe you have made a resolution to be healthier in 2015 or maybe you just want to drink something that tastes great. Regardless, this smoothie is a great way to kick start your new year.

I haven't made any particular resolutions myself, instead I think I will adopt the intention
"Wherever you are, be all there."

Yeah, I'm happy with that!

Apple and Kiwi Fruit Green Smoothie

The apple and kiwi fruit in this smoothie makes it sweeter than one made entirely from green veggies and it is so full of good stuff you can feel very self-satisfied about how you have started the year!

Keep it simple and just throw it all in the blender. You don't need to peel the kiwi fruit or core the apple, it all gets blended up and just adds to the nutrient load.

  2. I'm not a huge kiwi fruit fan, but I think this could be enough to persuade me to eat it. Lovely recipe.

  3. Loving my green smoothies, but not so much kiwi fruit. But this looks good enough to convince me to try it anyway. Thanks for the recipe.

  4. I love chamomile tea. Green supplements are considered by many to be the best tasting energy drinks on the market. It’s probably because they have added ingredients like mango to help smooth out the taste.

  7. Ribbon blenders are large machines which are designed to mix different types of materials. These devices have thin ribbon shaped metal mixers which perform the blending process. Check Here

  8. Rather, have a go at blending mixes of fruits and vegetables that contain larger amounts of juice with the goal that the blended outcome isn't soft. Pineapples and green vegetables are great sustenances to juice in a blender. You can likewise add a touch of water to the sustenance, while blending, to keep up a decent fluid shape.Best fruit blenders
